Captain Action

In 1966, Captain Action, made his mark as the original super hero action figure with the ability to change into other superheroes, including Superman, Batman and Spider-man. 

The character was conceived by toy and idea man, Stan Weston, who helped Hasbro create the G.I. Joe line. Weston was the first to propose the idea of an articulated figure in the form of a soldier. 

Captain Action soon ventured beyond toy shelves, to conquer the world of comics, collectibles and more! And a generation of fans around the globe continue to seek out new Captain Action adventures!
